ASANA INTENSIVE: The Blue Print Poses
If we understand a few key poses in each pose group, we can approach any of the more challenging poses with confidence and grace. With her strong, clear and detailed approach, Maty will teach us the architecture of what she calls blueprint poses. After learning the actions required to practice these poses, they can become the building blocks to create your own asanas and pose variations. Each of the five sessions will explore the blueprint poses in an asana category:
- Standing poses
- Back bends
- Forward bends
The classes will emphasize correct alignment appropriate to your level, and we will stop to observe and remedy common problems.
